Pros: These chairs are worth much more than what I paid. Stylish and goes well with my other furniture. I purchased 4 counter height and 2 bar height chairs. First one took about 25 minutes to assemble. 2-6 took about 15 minutes each. Well made chairs.

Cons: Not square if you are not careful. Trick is to loosely attach all the parts, bolts and screws (except the seat). Then stand it up on a hard flat surface and tighten everything with some pressure from the top. Mine are sitting on hardwood floors and so I used felt padding at the bottom of each leg - that's another way to level out the chairs.

Packaging: Simply horrible! All the boxes arrived with some damage and a couple of the legs arrived with the stain worn off from rubbing. I fixed it with some stain but one should not have to do that for new products. The manufacturer should spend $5 more for better packaging materials and raise the price by $5 if needed. At these prices, that's still one heck of a deal.

I gave this product 3 stars only because of the poor packaging. Otherwise it is a solid 5.

First, these are NOT bar stools. If you want a bar stool select the 30 inch version. These are 24 and not listed as such. You only get the 41" over all height. Go for the 47. Please learn at my expense.

Otherwise high quality and well made. Unfortunately I'll either give them away or use for firewood and re-order. It will cost me 2 hours and shipping to sweat returning them.

color is dark brown, not almost black but dark dark brown. in sunlight has a tint of red to the wood. seats are darker than picture but still very neutral. sturdy and will be out to good use.

The one star is deducted due to its delicate pegs. You have to pay attention to the curves on the side bars during assembling as the instructions do not tell you which angle they go in. They just tell you that they need to go in. If it was not for the screws that came with it I would have returned these chairs the very day I opened it.

Once assembled they are really good. light enough that you can move it around and strong enought that me 190 Lbs and my pregnant wife 170 lbs could comfortably sit on it ( not together, lol). The screws are very tight so you might needs a power tool to be sure that they have been secured. Safety first.

I liked these chairs so much that I am planning to buy the smaller counter part of these bar stools for my dinning table.

]These are good quality chairs at a fraction of the cost of some onine stores. The very same chairs were priced as much as three times more than what I paid.$201.00 for 4 chairs that also included shipping cost.The shipping took abut 7 days but well worth the wait. I called the seller once to ask about shipping and they were very courteous and helpful.
They were easy to put together. The seats are a little darker than it shows in picture. I think they are beautiful, very pleased with them. Would definitly buy from this seller again.

This chair, like all the other reviews have said, is very good looking. It was also a great price. The wood is sturdy and it was very easy to assemble. The one thing I didn't like, which for me is a deal-breaker, is that the seat cushion does not have any support under it. You basically hammer in the seat cushion to the chair with tiny nails and then that's it. There is no support underneath besides the frame of the chair. I am afraid that one of these days we are going to sink through! The bottom of the seat is very flimsy, too, so you can't really trust it; it's super light with what feels like cardboard with some padding on top of it. If I knew it was going to be like this, i would have returned it, but we already assembled it so it is too much of a pain to return, plus shipping and handling was like $23, so we would have spent $46 for nothing to send it back.

The stools are nice, decent quality, easy assembly. The only issues is that there were several marks and scratches upon arrival. Nothing too noticeable but not in perfect condition. (And not bad enough to deal with returning them.)

Item arrived on time as promised. Great set of chairs for the price although the seat cushion colors were a little darker than shown in the picture. Also, be careful when assembling. I applied a little too much force when putting in the legs together and it broke so now I have to use wood glue to keep together. Overall, great set of chairs that look more expensive than they actually were.

I was looking for some chairs for my counterweight table which wouldn't cost too much. I saw this chair on Amazon which was probably the best deal so far. I hadn't never bought furniture online, but this chair looks nice so I gave it a try. I bought a set of two first. They came as I expected, rich capuchino color and sturdy. I wish the cushion was a little better quality, but I bought it for about $53/chair including shipping (so it's not a big deal). The price for this set of chairs (on Coaster) vary about $5-$15 during the week, so you should check on it some time before buying when it's cheaper. The shipping took about 10 days to arrive. Overall these are very nice chairs and not hard to assemble. I decided to get 2 more sets a couple weeks ago from Coaster. (The packing wasn't so bad at all, and I did not see any discoloring or damage on the chairs).

The Stools are perfect for my kitchen. The wood is darker than it looks in the picture, and that is what I was hoping for. They are not to small, and they seem to be a nice fit for most people.
