I bought 2 of these bar stools and am happy with how they look and sit overall. The downside is that the pattern on the chair pad, part of the reason I bought these stools, has a pinkish hue in soft white lighting; during the day it is not noticeable though. If you plan on using these stools for long periods, these may not be a good choice. There is not much padding on these, but they would be easy to re-pad and upholster in the future. Overall, they are a good buy for the price, but I would have saved a few dollars and bought the ones without the pattern.

Stools are exactly as pictured. Quality wood, although 4 stars vs. 5 because one of the 4 I purchased is slightly wobbly once assembled. Nothing that affects function. Pattern is mild and blends well with all surrounding furnishings. Overall I feel the quality and asthetic value is better than stools twice the price I found in local furniture stores. Would definitely purchase again!

The wood and quality of the materials seem very good.
I've only had this for a week so time will tell.
There is a neutral pattern on the seat but it didn't bother me.
Took about 30 min to install the first chair and one of the screws didn't go in all the way (my fault).
But be aware that one of the legs may end up slightly uneven after you're done assembling it. (one leg is not touching the floor) I tried to adjust and reassemble but there is just a slight "wiggle" if you pay attention. It's okay once you sit on it. The weight flexes the chair enough so that all legs touch the floor. Maybe it just needs to "set-in." 3 of the 4 chairs I got was like this. Again you wouldn't really notice it and it doesn't wobble if you sit on it.
