Ordered this item and received it very quickly, within 5 business days. Shipping was free which is quite outstanding for such a large and heavy item. Seller shipped the original box within another heavily padded box, thus ensuring no exterior damage to table.

The table itself is gorgeous. Highly polished, very substantial wood. This seller had the cheapest price by far that I could find on the internet for this table. Although the quality of the manufacturer is known as on the higher end, in light of the price, I thought this would be a cheaply made item and crossed my fingers that it would at least look presentable and serve it's purpose.

On the contrary, the construction is first rate. The wood is first rate. The table looks much more expensive than what I paid. In fact, we purchased this table to replace a very large table we purchased at Macy's for over $1000.00 and the wood really looks very similar and construction is very similar as well!

All and all, extremely happy with the table and the seller and would definitely purchase similar item from same seller again in the future.

I love these chairs. They add warmth without adding bulk to your dining area. I am giving these chairs five stars because they are easy to clean (try using a baby wipe), they look great, and most important - I have not experienced anything negative with them. They are also very comfortable.

These chairs are an outstanding (or outsitting?) value. They don't look cheap and are very comfortable. If I press back on the chair while sitting, there is a very slight creak there, but really not noticeable. They are fairly easy to put together.

On other reviews some have commented about the legs not being the same length, leading to a "wobble". 1 out of 4 chairs had a wobble after first assembling, but I noticed there was some wiggle room in the bolt holes; i.e. the hole was wider than the bolt, allowing for some slide. By sliding the bolt all the way to one side and retightening, I was able to eliminate the wobble.

There was also one bolt in one chair that just wouldn't go in the hole due to a defect, but with all the other bolts providing sufficient support, this was not needed and I left it out.

You can't beat the value of these chairs.

Be wary that the product is only the dining table and not the table and four chairs as depicted by the picture. I was in a hurry ordering this and saw the picture but did not read the description carefully. I would not have purchased it had I realised it was just the table. Otherwise good solid table. Easy to put together - allen key provided, no other tools needed. Well packaged.

It appears to be a more expensive piece. The color is very dark, darker than I expected, but I like it. It is perfect for a dining table in a small appartment.

This set arrived quickly, within about a week of purchase. The boxes had been beat up pretty badly during transport, but surprisingly, everything inside was still intact with no noticeable damage. The set does require assembly, but was easy to put together. I finished assembly in less than an hour. The table itself is very sturdy and made of real wood. It looks like it's more expensive than it is. And the chairs look nice as well. I did see someone mention in another review that they thought the chairs were smaller than they looked. They're not huge chairs, but they are well proportioned to the table size. And I'm well over 6 ft tall, and I haven't had any issues with comfort.

The only negative thing I have to talk about is the sturdiness of the chairs. The chairs seem to have a lot of give at the joints. I'm a fairly large guy (210 lbs), and at times, I've leaned back in one of these chairs and have felt like it was going to snap. Thankfully, nothing has happened... yet.

To conclude, I'd say that this is a good set for someone looking for a smaller, cost effective table / chair set that will get light to moderate use.

I was reluctant to purchase this table, because of the price and the fact that it was an internet order, but after several months, I DID IT! I thought oh well, it's only a hundred dollars and you can always use it temporarily until you can afford something better. Must to my suprise, the table was beautiful and a very good buy.
It actually looks like an expensive table and when I tell my friends what I really paid for it, they are shocked.

The table is simply beautiful. It feels smooth and assembly is a snap. There's nothing more to do than screw on the four legs and flip the table over. After that, it feels like a permanent piece of furniture.

It's a great multi-purpose table. We use it for dining and studying and it is just a dream come true.

This table was a great buy! The size is excellent as it's not too big and would fit in most kitchens. The color and quality and good too.

I really like this table because of the overall value. It is made of real wood and all the parts that came with it fit perfectly. It took me 15 minutes to assemble the table. It is packed very well.
