I've shot with a handful of releases but none that ever had a strap instead of a bar. But lemme tell you it's the greatest thing in the world and I'm not going back to bar releases. The trigger portion hangs freely so you can use both hands just as you normally would. I also like how when I'm at full draw I can put my hand kinda around my jawbone and I don't have to worry about torquing the bow because the strap will always be in a straight line with the arrow. Only downside is watch out for letting the release swing and hit something metal.

This is the first release I've ever used so I can't compare to others. I did, however, choose this based on good reviews, and moreover, the appearance of solid hardware and ample padding (other less expensive offerings just look like they would irritate your wrist after a while). I'm pleased to say I was not disappointed. The release has yet to do anything other than what it's told to and the wrist padding is awesome. I wore it all morning (not even taking it off before fetching arrows). Highly recommended!

Double loop lock strap works great and comfortable! Hands free to do other things without the release banging around making noise.

Ehhhh, not sure but really comfortable!! This was my first release I used so I really cant say much about it other than its extremely comfortable. I got this one just because of the adjustable wrist piece which I thought might be more comfortable and versatile when in the woods. Release is highly sensitive and do not have to worry about accidental firing as long as you keep your finger off the trigger. (use common sense here). If you are worried about accidental release, dont use a release...besides that, the trigger pull is perfect in my opinion and stylish. I have a small wrist and it fits me perfectly. It seems to be able to accommodate for larger guys too. I have to try the t-style in order to compare... so far so good

Pro's: The release mechanism is nice and smooth, trigger is adjustable
Con's: Strap is way too thick. Hurts my wrist. Also hard to get it short enough. Had to shorten the strap way too much, so now I find that torque is a problem. I just can't hit where I want with it.

Overall it just doesn't work for me. I even shoot better with a back-tension thumb release than with this one!

I'm not an experienced bow hunter by any means. I bought this as my first release and it was just too complicated to use. After a ton of adjusting to get it to fit my hand, it was just too flimsy to be of any use.

I like it although the trigger is very light and it is not adjustable. It takes some getting used to.

I shot the release 1 time and the strap broke that holds the release. The release went flying with as it broke mid draw. Fortunately, the bow was not at full draw so the arrow safely hit the protective backing where we shoot. Sadly I am not able to return it to Amazon so I will be contacting Cobra directly.
My bow is currently set up at 68lbs with a 30" draw length. The strap obviously is not able to handle much weight. Please be careful! I was excited as the release was adjustable to fit my big hands.
