Got the product. It works out of the box, and comes with batteries.
Video is no better than my old (cellphone) Palm Treo 650's camera in terms of quality.

Does amazon's product title/description qualify (at the very least) as misleading product information?

All the kids have to do, is to very-simply-hook-it-up to the TV, and watch their own antics. They are ecstatic about their first camera/camcorder, so 4 stars it is.

Lastly I bought this from amazon for $45 w/ free shipping. Amazon no longer seems to be selling this. But other sellers are.

not much more then a toy...very small....runs only on battries and they lasy only 45 mins or less!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT ALL..

This camera has a very short battery life. The picture quality is not great. The main problem is that it just stopped working. It will no longer turn on even thought there are new batteries installed. I do not recommend buying.

The camera was very good for its VERY small size it has good graphics on the screen but it is kind of hard to figure everything out but other than that it is a good camera

I am so impressed with the ability to take a video and post it to the internet via SD card. This item is so cool I wish that it was available sooner. It even has a flip out color LCD screen. Very cool product.
