Just what I ordered
Fast, secure shipping. Everything was inside the box & nothing was missing. I dont know why the other person had problems with lost brackets, but mine were secured inside the bottom of the basket by 2 zip ties. Hard to spot right off....... but they were there. Would I buy again from this vendor.........100% yes.

disappointed
according to the info card on the pot... the brackets to hang the pot are included...but I did not receive the brackets. I emailed the company and they have not responded.

I have one of those black metal railings on my balcony so I wasn't sure if this holder would work but it is adjustable and worked for that. It would also work for a wider wooden deck railing. It held my pot nicely and seemed quite sturdy.
