This alarm clock seems to have been designed for elderly people who have difficulty seeing and hearing. First, the the clock is very large. I mean, it's greater than a foot long; you will have no trouble seeing what time it is from the other room (note to insomniacs: glow from eerie green numbers = more time staring at ceiling). Second, there are only two options for a wake up call: (1) the loudest buzzer ever constructed by humans; or (2) a radio that, admittedly, I have not tried (who uses that option anyway?). This clock is a real find for people losing their senses of sight and hearing, but for those of you with undiminished eyes and ears, you might want another clock in the interest of staying that way.

Bought two of them , one stopped working.Not worth even a dollar.

I like the large display. I wanted to be able to see the time without having to put my glasses on. The buttons for setting alarms and time are small. The alarm sound is big though; I wish I could lower the volume a little as it sometimes wakes the kids up down the hall. The button that shuts off the alarm is the same sliding button that turns on the radio: alarm on at the top, radio on at the bottom and off right above that. I have several times shut off the alarm only to be hit with the radio.

Make sure you read the dimensions. This thing is 4 times the size of a normal clock, and not nearly as appealing in person as it seems online.

This alarm clock worked for only two weeks. The buttons are not placed in good spots for use.

I got this clock for my 7 year old son. It's was a good price, it's easy for him to use and works great!

I am delighted with this modernistic, functional, well-constructed clock radio with its large display. It includes all the expected features, is easy to operate and is quite stylish. Even if it were not selling at a bargain price, I would be happy to purchase it and enjoy its many features, high quality and distinctive appearance.

I bought the clock and when it arrived the numbers would not light up, so I returned it for a new one. A few days later the new clock arrived and I could set the time or turn the radio off. I suggest you go with a brand name.
