I bought this product to charge a SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 player. After conneting the MP3 player to this product the menu item on the MP3 player no longer shows the USB Port option to allow you to select the type og device. I had two of the same model MP3 players, one for me and one for my granddaughter. It ruined both of them. The charger does seem to work okay with a Creative Zen MP3 player. Please be very careful about what you try to use this charger for. Make sure the device is still under warranty before trying to charge it with this charger. And that the vender will replace it or refund your money with no restocking fee if the charger kills the device. I bought my MP3 players from Newegg and they replaced one of them with no problem and were out of stock for the second one and refunded my money with no problem.

I bought this to charge a cheap Sansa player, but it was also used to charge 2 different iPods. I really like how the plugs fold into the device, it makes it that much easier to pack.

I use this to charge my ipod. It does a great job, and cost a fraction of what Apple wants for the same product. It does not come with an ipod cable, however. I already had an extra, so did not need one.

I like having this for times when I travel or don't have my PC turned on but my Zune needs a charge. It puts out the 5 volts DC which is standard for your PC's USB 1 or 2 port so any device that uses this current to charge itself can use this too. It works with my iRiver, my Razr and my wife's iPod so it is a handy thing to have around. Most places are charging 20% or more for the same product as this, not worth it in my opinion since all it really is, is a power transformer which are cheap for just about any other type of gear you use them for - seems having the physical USB plug makes it seem as though it does something "special", it doesn't. This one is priced about right so if you're looking for one, go head and get the Coby.

I purchased this adaptor to replace my missing Apple iPod charger. I needed a charger that I could use internationally, and this one specified an input voltage of 90-246V. The USB end of the dock connecter plugs into the charger (so you can charge other USB-connected device). It worked in the US and in India, but it did seem to electrify the metal on the iPod. It's not enough to really harm you, but I was concerned about the effects on the iPod's internals. I was able to adjust the dock connector until it barely connected to the iPod, at which point the metal was no longer electrified, but still charged the iPod. I know it wasn't a faulty dock connector, because it worked fine when connected to my computer.

I love this thing, especially because it's half the price of what Apple tries to sell you from their website. It works perfectly. I use it to charge my iPod Touch and my cell phone and neither have any problems with over-heating.

I bought the coby charger through Amazon. The shipping was only a dollar and some change and the charger arrived in less than a week. I use it to charge my sansa fuze. Charging using the USB cable hooked up to my computer takes about 3 hours. This charger does it in a little less than 2 hours. I also recently purchased some coby earbuds to replace the ones that came with my player, and they have a lot more bass. All in all i'm pleased.

This a great little product which does exactly what is says. I've used to charge an iPhone 3G, iPod v3, and a iPod v4, it works without any issues and is much cheaper then the Apple USB => AC charger, however it is a tad bit bigger, but not much.

I bought this Coby charger for use with my MP3 player. The player did not come with an AC power source, so a PC/USB connection was necessary to recharge. I was leaving for vacation, and would not have access to a PC for a week. I also discovered an added bonus; my MP3 player will play songs while recharging on the Coby (it does NOT play if connected to a PC).

The charger is quite small, and for my needs the lack of cords is helpful. I can fit the charger, USB cable, and MP3 player into a standard zip-style sandwich bag. The prongs flip into the base during travel, so it will lay flat in a suitcase or purse.

The only misgiving I had was the shipping cost. However, pairing this item with some other items solved that issue.
