I bought this for use in my first grade classroom. It is used daily by six-year-olds and I have had no issues with it. They can operate it just fine and after a month of use we are still on our first set of batteries.

My son that has C.P. can use this CD player easily. It seems to be quite durable. So far, so good!

Don't have a IPOD but have lots of CD's both music and audio books and this device fills the bill for me.
Sounds good, portable and great price.

I bought this CD player for my two year old daughter. I knew going in that I only wanted something inexpensive for a two year old, in case it got knocked around. Cheap is what I bought and cheap is what I got. We listened to it for all of 3 times and it broke on the 3rd time. We bought for as an Easter gift and she listened to it for maybe 10 minutes, all told, and now it is broken. Do not buy it, it is cheap and a waste of your money. Also, it skipped a lot before it broke.

This item is so sensitive a slight bump or natural move and it skips and stops.
If you plan to lay down and absolutely do not move than this is the product for you and, there was no booster to the sound and it did not have an am/fm radio.
think for what I got I paid too much!! my recommendation is NOT TO PURCHASE!!.

Works very well I got this as a gift for someone, and they are very satisfied with it thank you so much.

As we already had clock radio that plays with an iPod and has a AUX input, we just needed a simple no frills CD player. So far it works and that's all we need it to do, ;)

If you're looking for a cheap discman that has good sound quality, buy this one, unless you also want the option of plugging it in, which this does not have. I prefer the plug-in kind and was disappointed that this did not have that option, but since the price is right I'll deal with batteries.

I bought the red version of this player, and must confess it is absolutely cute as can be! The two unfortunate aspects of it were that in the first place the slightest vibration or bump would cause it to pause ... and that it malfunctioned on the second day of operation, and could not be induced to play ever after. And I took extremely good care of it ... a very disappointing experience!

We play nursery rhyme cds and we can play one cd about 7 - 10 times and the batteries are dead.
