When I first bought this clock, it worked perfectly. After two months, the display screen just died on me. Every single character that could possibly be viewed on my clock screen was there. I sent it back to the manufacturer with one day left on the warranty. It took a month and a half, but I got a new one at my own shipping expense. I noticed that the new one had a weird and very faint high pitched ring to it, even when the radio was off. Other than that, it was fine for the next five months. Then the screen died again. I would recommend not buying this product.

the last time I encountered something this user unfriendly was years upon years ago when manufacturers didn't really care how easy it was it use the product you bought from them. This thing was almost as bad as trying to set the time on your vcr without the TV. I mean for something that interfaces with the IPOD of all things its a headache working with it. SOmetimes I don't even bother with it and just use it to charge my IPOD. If it was a bit more user friendly it wouldn't be bad.

I bought this product with the intention to primarily using it as an alarm clock. However, there is no way to turn the light off (and it is very bright) and when the alarm goes off, the volume is always very loud. There is no way to set the volume to a certain level for when the alarm goes off.

This product does not fit a mp3 player, strictly for an ipod, this product did not have what I needed, called the company for support and received none, cannot be used as a docking station for an mp3 player, not sure what I am going to do about this, still in talks with some advisors.

This unit works, but the LCD went out or went very dim a couple of days after first use. Trying to contact the vendor now to see about a replacement.
