Great sound clarity, very crisp and the bass is amazing.

The second pair broke in 3 weeks--one earphone snapped clean off the headband.

The metal pin breaks off too easily from the plastic on the stereo plug.

These are really good cans for less than 20 bones--let alone 10! They're closed-back, and have decent (but not mind-blowing) isolation. The driver shells and headband are *entirely* plastic, so they're probably not the most durable 'phones in the world, but they're hardly what I would call "flimsy" (which is much more than I can say for most flat-folding cans). And they're actually pretty good-looking when worn, which was a pleasant surprise. They're a little big, but not clunky. As for fit, I have a rather "tall" and narrow face, and I think they're really comfy. But head shapes differ, so you'll need to sort that one out yourself. For the money, though, you don't have much to lose.

On to the important stuff--the sound. They're pretty bassy--remarkably so for the price. Bass is not super-extended or super-articulate, sadly, but all in all, it's really not bad. Sure, I'd like more, but then I'm a bit of a basshead. The bass eats into the mids a bit, but the mids are definitely present, particularly the upper mids. There's a midrange resonance in there somewhere (as they are closed-back, after all), but it's not a distracting amount. Highs, well, they're pracitcally nonexistent. If you're a gamer, or you're looking for crisp, sparkling crystal clarity in your music, these definitely aren't for you. But their mellower sound also means they're very forgiving with crappy sound sources (like low-bitrate MP3's). The warm, laid-back signature also means they're not very fatiguing, which is good for long listening stretches. For me, too much treble can get exhausting real fast.

Basically, if you're looking for a cheap, warm, relaxed-sounding set of cans with a respectable but not overwhelming amount of bass, you ought to try these. For the price, they knocked my socks off.

These are mainly for my PC and the sound they produce is great.
A few pro's and con's tho:

Pro - sounds great
Pro - inexpensive
Pro - well constructed (except)
Pro - blocks out stray sound very well.

Con - each earcup has a separate wire and the wires "split" very close to the earcup.
Con - stereo plug doesn't seat exactly right. I have to wiggle it to get stereo, then again it may be my headphone jack.
Con - plastic clamshell packaging was a pain to open. (OK it's petty but I hate clamshells)

I bought these for my daughter to use at school in the listening room. I'm not sure what headphones they use to listen in there, but she felt very icky using headphones that have been on the ears of dozens of other kids. They are far more comfortable than I expected and the sound quality was very decent. Unfortunately, the headphones do not fold as well as I would have liked. Overall, this is a great deal if you're looking for some budget headphones that sound good and are comfortable.

I've bought 2 pairs of these headphones for my kids to watch DVD's in the car, both have broken in the same way. One lasted about a month, the other just a few days. The metal pin breaks off too easily from the plastic on the stereo plug. They don't unplug them a lot, but obviously it's often enough. If you expect to plug these in and not unplug them much and the plug's not in a place where it will wear, then these are a good buy. The kids liked the isolation and the comfort. We've switched to Sony's that don't sound or feel as good but appear to be more durable.

Great product, but could not find length of cord before ordering...it was only 5 foot and too short for my needs without using my extension. Otherwise, if I had not had an extension, I would have returned it.

Sound was great and clear without any breakup whenever moving cord! Satisfied but recommend Amazon add the length of cord to this product and all other head set they sell.

Headphones were great at first. Had them about 40 days one of the ear pieces had went out or now has a short in it. I have not used the headphones over 6 times. I won't be purchasing another pair and I'm not happy that I can't return for some that work. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! You get what you pay for! You go the cheap route and you a cheap piece of crap! Durability=0 and Quality=0
