Sellers item description stated the opener is made out of cast iron. It's not! It is made from cast aluminum so it cheaper to make and will not be as sturdy and durable as one made of cast iron.

Looks really nice when installed. One of the heads on the original screws twisted off during installation, making extraction of the screw shank difficult, so get some better screws or predrill sufficiently.

Just like the Vintage ones I saw as a kid. I could not find any at local department or hardware stores. Bought 2 of them . One for my house and one for my camper. I had been using an old flag pole holder. Works OK but not what it was made for and I didn't want to buy another flag to get something to open bottles with.
