I adored the mobile and my twin girls loved it. We didn't use it very often (a few times per week) and it broke after 3 months. It no longer winds up, plays music, or moves. I attempted to contact the company but have not heard back. There are no other children in the house, therefore I am confident that it did not break due to over winding. I'm very disappointed.

After a few months, the company sent me a new motor so it is working again. I'm pleased that they fixed the situation.

The mobile is really cute. It goes great with the other "Alphabet Soup" items from the collection. It seems sturdy and secure, although it was hard to find a place to fasten it to the side of the crib (I have a convertible crib so that could be why). Overall, I think I will enjoy this item.
