I eagerly awaited the arrival of this book only to find it fell short of it's pre-publication hype. I found the information was
too generic in nature, very little depth and rather dull.
The only positive I can give it is the nice photos. Probably should have stuck with a photo book! I wouldn't recommend spending the money to buy it.

I received this book from the breeder we eventually ended up buying our cockapoo from. We had never owned a dog before and I was really looking for a book to answer so many questions about dogs in general and more specifically the breeds we were trying to decide between. This book is a great highlight of the cockapoo breed and a good starting place. I found the internet research to be more useful for my more specific questions. I did like the section where she gives exact instructions on what to tell the groomer on how a cockapoo should look and the book is filled with great pictures.

Does a credible job with the puppy version of Cockapoos but falls short on detailed information about the breed after the first year of puppy life. I agree with the other review, photos are nice. I'm hoping a more comprehensive book will be out on this GREAT breed of dog.
