This review is from: Cockatiel Handbook (Hardcover)
I bought this for a friend who intended on getting into Tiels. After reading she decided to go for Green Cheek Conures instead.
Cockatiels are wonderful but they have a dust gland and can cause breathing difficulty in their owners. The small conures have no dust gland and they take the same feeding and housing that a tiel does.
