This is a terrific product. I especially like it because I'm allergic to soy and this takes the place of soy sauce in a lot of recipes and does it well. Unfortunately, they are having a serious problem with their packaging and order after order arrived with the liquid having been released. They were very nice about trying to replace them and when the replacements came with the same problem they were very quick in returning my money. They are trying to fix this problem and I will check back with them to see how they're doing. I WILL continue to buy this product at a regular health food store where they seem to have been able to get them shipped without the leaking problem.

after looking for a soy alternative to make my favorite dishes for years i have finally found one! and most of my friends say they can't tell the difference between this and "real" soy sauce.

I love this product. A great substitute for soy sauce or Braggs Amino Acids also made with soy.
I have substituted this product whenever a recipe calls for soy sauce with excellent results and my family actually cannot tell the difference. I also think this is less salty than soy sauce. The only problem I had was that the product is alive and builds up pressure when it is older and shipping agitates the product so it may leak in transit. The store I bought from on Amazon was quick to refund my money for the leaked bottles. I called the manufacturer to see what could be done about the issue. They were very nice and offered to ship me a bottle to try. Zoey also told me a couple of closer places I could order their products from - none in my local area carry this particular product.
Love this product, will definately buy again, in a gallon jug because I found out it is available in gallon jugs.

Fantastic Substitute for Soy Sauce
We use this in tons of recipes that would normally use soy sauce. It is a staple of our Paleo-inspired menu.
