Expensive,

I disagree with the previous poster. Coconut milk should be solid or nearly so at room temperature. It is easy to thin it with water or other liquid as required.
However I can buy a 14 oz. can of Coconut Milk at my local Asian grocer for 89 cents. Unless you have the misfortune to have no Asian markets in your area, this is very overpriced.

When product is cold, it is very thick. A thinner product under cold conditions would cause me to rate it with 6 stars! Its consistency is smooth and silky while its taste is mild and delicious.
