Product Description

Code Name: Viper is an action game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Developed by Capcom, the studio that brought you Mega Man, this game is a classic! You are Kenny Smith, a Viper agent. You are tasked with destroying seven bases of a major South American drug syndicate. You'll have to battle wave after wave of cronies at each base and rescue hostages. Take too long and you'll only find their skeletal remains. Hostages are found behind secret, revolving doors. Each base has a Viper agent in captivity that you must find in order to finish the level. You'll have to do some light platforming to get through each level, and be sure to keep an eye out for ammunition, because you definitely don't want to run out of bullets! Are you up for the challenge, agent?

If You Love 8 bit NES run N gun Platformers This Is one To add to your NES cart Collection! I paid 1 cent For this! & it was In Great Condition! Mint in My opinion So 3.99 For Shipping 4 bux So worth it! Great graphics For The era! You Are A Lone Soldier Taking On A South American Drug cartel, Lots Of Action & enemies To dodge & blast Away. You Get Powerups & different guns & Ammo in special doors to the cartels bunkers, even get to free hostages & get Points For Freeing them. Its Addicting As Heck!Very challenging Because you can only get HIT Twice by an enemy Before you Die ,but it Has checkpoints so you restart At the last checkpoint, Plus Many Continues & 3 lives per game Before you Can option to Continue or not. Great Game!

3.0 out of 5 stars an slightly below average game, July 2, 2010
= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Code Name Viper (Video Game)
You know I don't hate this game by any means the only thing about it is nothing unique, I would say the coolest thing about the game is limited ammunition. It's your classic hard NES game with nothing unique but it's not bad gameplay wise. probably the worst feature of the game is the sound tho.

Rolling Thunder was always my favorite NES game. This is pretty much the same thing. Kind of a sequel. Really fun game.
