This is about roles people play in co-dependant relationships mostly in terms of drug & alcohol addiction. It also goes into roles parents & children play in dysfunctional families.
Great information, low production values, but good enough to see & hear, but Jef Gazley seems to teach in a roundabout long way. He has some passion, but barely reflects in his voice. You still really have to pay attention to get the info, it's easy to tune him out. Taught like a basic college psychology class. Considering this is less then an hour, I have no idea why it's above 50 dollars, this should only be 10-15 dollars.

I found this video to be very helpful and educative. I understand many things about codependency that I did not prior to viewing this media. The information will open your eyes to problematic behavior and the limits of helping others.

This video has been very informative. It states the nuts and bolts in a very basic manner. He explains what codependancy is and how it may be links in your life. When I find myself becoming more and more codependent, its great having the tape as a refresher! If you find yourself in a codependent rut, money worth spending!

This dvd is a great source to learn the basics of codependecne and its root in family. all of the dvds in this series are fantastic tools and can be used repeatedly to reinforce the concepts. each time watching new elements can be found. also very good to watch with family and other members to further expand the education.
