Codex: Orks,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Codex: Orks (Warhammer 40,000) (Paperback)
Codex:Orks is an army book you will need if you plan on playing an ork army in the Warhammer 40,000 game. It provides rules for every model in the ork army, as well as detailed description and backround of the orks. It is essential to purchase this book before you purchase any other ork army products.

Good historical book,

This review is from: Codex: Orks (Warhammer 40,000) (Paperback)
This item is still good as a historical book, to compare with current updates. As such, one of the inexpensive used ones is probably best (unless one wants a new-quality version). Those heavily into Orks would likely want not only this, but even earlier versions to see how Orks have progressed over the years (imo, they have turned from funny and comical to grizzly homicidal maniacs. Shame that-- I liked 'em when they were funny). So it's not without value... just seriously out of date for modern game play.
