This charming book, COE THE GOOD DRAGON AT THE CENTER OF THE WORLD, makes children happy and teaches them some manners without preaching. We have visited Felicity and agree wholeheartedly with the summary published in the American Automobile Association booklet "Unique and unforgettable".

The french critic was right on in nasming COE "The American Babar" (I also read that in TIME some years ago). A charming, witty yet moral book. Bravo!
