I was first very lucky to hear about Co-enzyme A as an effective overall health and energy supplement from a Seattle Health Food store that carried it several years ago. I now always go back to getting a bottle before training for a big cycling event or before starting a big project that requires mental focus. This supplement is so effective that it reduces my usual coffee cravings and the big latte expenses I usually incur to stay focused and energized for working long hours at the computer.
