Possibly the smoothest full flavored coffee I've ever tasted. It has a wonderful mouth filling quality with not even a hint of harshness. It is NOT a weak or wimpy coffee, it's rich and very flavorful. I just love this coffee in my thermos too because it's just wonderful black and holds well.

This is good coffee. Not as strong or earthy as Sumatra but smoother. Our preference is strong, heavy, earthy coffee such as dark Sumatra. IMM, in comparison, is not as intense.
I wonder if the CBD coffee purchased through Amazon is not as fresh.

If you're looking at Monsooned Malabar, you probably like other Indonesian coffees. I consider this to be similar and superior to Sumatra Mandheling: rich heavy body and low acidity; the difference is in the smoothness of the Monsooned Malabar that makes it the better buy.

This is the second time I have ordered the Monsooned Malabar coffee from Coffe Bean Direct and it is very nice full flavored coffee! Deliveries are timely and everything I expect and more!

I have been using Starbucks Espresso coffee beans for the last few years and could never drink anything else (got addicted to it!). I took a chance on this coffee and boy, am I glad I did!

We use a cheapo (but great) Capresso Capresso 303.01 4-Cup Espresso and Cappuccino Machine machine for coffee and one caveat with this coffee is that you need to use the right amount of water depending on your taste. It produces strong coffee at the beginning and gets a little watery towards the end of the cycle (this is normal for most coffees but more pronounced with this coffee).
Resulting espresso is quite strong, smooth taste (not too bitter), medium acidity and great flavor! For me this coffee tastes better than the one I used before and so I am hooked on this coffee now!

While India produces good coffee, you don't get to see Indian coffee in the US (partly because it is not exported much? and the shipping costs are more? don't know). This is the first time I got to see Indian coffee and I like it!

While I am giving 5 stars for the coffee, should only give 3 stars for the shipping - Amazon is using Ontrac for shipping this and for whatever reason, they couldn't deliver on time and the package got delayed by 3 days.

The coffee has a mild smooth flavor with decent body. If you are used to drinking something darker like a french roast or expresso roast, then this really is not the coffee for you.

This is the first coffee that I have purchased from Coffee Bean Direct and I have to say that I am very pleased. I fresh grind my coffee and drink it straight black. This coffee is smooth with a very pleasant flavor and without the slightest hint of bitterness. Far better than Starbucks house blend!

I had really high hopes for this coffee, it smelled really good in the bag and the description was very enticing, but it was so bitter and weak I can't even make it through a cup. I am going to try different grinds, but so far, I am really disappointed. Maybe it will work for you folks who like a light bitter coffee, but I am more of a smooth dark brew person.

Coffee has gone sky high. While this coffee is not fresh roasted when you order and then shipped-it comes pretty close because the flavor is so good.
My favorite coffee is now well over $57 a 5 lb bag, so I decided to try this and it was great-I like a low acid but very robust, dark cup of
coffee and this fits the bill. What can I say-the price is right too

I love the smell of fresh ground whole bean coffee. Malabar has a strong smell, which I like. I've enjoyed it daily since ordering.
