You may want to think twice before buying this cookbook. The ingredients and measures are not standard to the U.S. Although equivalents are given, you will need to weigh ingredients and use nonstandard measurements, such as 7/8 of a cup of flour, or 1 ounce wheat bran. The same problem occurs with the ingredients such as biscuit crumbs, strong white flour, clear honey, muscavado sugar, or double cream. The good part is that the design is nice, the pictures are great, and the "Perfect Brownies" are to die for.

This book was not only a fantastic read, full of informative details for coffee lovers, and spectacularly easy and delicious recipes, it was stylistically marvelous. The photos were, in themselves, works of art. I love collecting recipe books and truly enjoy those which are not only useful in the kitchen, but also lovely to look at. I have purchased this book and am purchasing more to give as gifts. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't absolutely adore this book. There is no better coffee table book than one about coffee!

This book has it all...how to make your choice of coffee, how to choose the beans and the roast, and, most important of all, recipes for what to eat with your coffee. The book is full of fantastic recipes for every bit of the day - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, bedtime etc. Definitely worth the buy.
