Recipes are great. Not just eating white flour and sugar! Lots of recipes with fruit and nuts etc. Easy to make and well written with lots of nice photos.

I heard about this cookbook on a local public radio station. So far, I've only baked one recipe, "Apple-walnut mosaic coffee cake". It was delicious with many kudos received! I am looking forward to trying the other recipes in this wonderful coffee cake cookbook.

Everything in this book turns out yummy! I highly recommend this one. Some of the ingredients are strange in my part of the country, but it's easily adaptable to local fruits or nuts
