Hi,
I wanted everyone to know that this company exceeded my expectations by far! I had tried to grow coffee plants before, but because of an unusually cold winter, my indoor plants died from all the heated air--so I ordered the 2 Kona Coffee plants. In a few days I recieved two packages one had about 5 plants in it, and the other had about 10! I was so happy to have more plants to work with. They were healthy and had good roots. A couple of them were even starting to grow their second stage leaves. I thought shipping was reasonable too. I plan to be a repeat customer.

I have ordered this item two times and have been pleased with them both. The plants are healthy and hardy.

This is a great product. I have four plants, all shipped and arived great. They look amazing and i cant wait for beans in 4 years!

The plants I received were in tiny 1" square pots and were less than 2" tall (not the 3"-5" advertised). One is extremely unhealthy with half the leaves dead already. I repotted it but I doubt it will live. The other was small but seems healthy and will probably be OK. The instructions that came with the plants was decent and will help me. Compared to the Aribica coffee plant and banana palm I ordered from another source at the same time, these coffee plants were pathetic. I will not buy from this source again.

I purchased this early for a Christmas gift for my sister and husband... I wanted to be sure they were going to be good plants and to give them time to grow. Since there were two liners, I get to keep one for myself!
These plants arrived quickly and well packaged.
I repotted these in a mixture of cactus and organic potting soils and they are doing great! They sit outside on my table where they get a little morning sun, I will bring them in for the winter. Lots of new growth - my only problem...I may not have chosen a new pot big enough!
A more detailed care sheet would have been appreciated.
Will purchase from Larry's Orchards and Tropicals again.

I wrote 3 other reviews about Larrys and all were good because plants arrived together and healthy. All made it except the coffee. I Joke about the size of the pots Larrys uses to ship out stuff. the pots are very small and I know this so when I ordered the Kona Coffee plants I was like cool two little pots of coffee plants. I thought it was impossible to have a smaller growing medium.The crushed 2 pot combo held about 6 tablespoons of soil and the coffee plants are brand new seedlings Just Sprouted. Larrys Does really good with packaging using Plastic bags around the plant and then using shredded newpaper and paper bags to wrap up the plants and safeguard them from bumping around alot. My last package was the Mexican Key Lime Tree and the Box was Really hammered but the plant came out allright. its just the coffee seedlings and pots were so small they still got crushed I am trying to rescue the 5 seedlings that arent crushed or wilted. I am going to ask Larry's to fix it and see what they do I'll keep ya posted.

That was awsome!! I emailed them and they are shipping out new ones to replace the coffee that got destroyed. Very cool for the business is customer P.R.. I would order from them with confidence any time.. thanks 4 fixin it Larry's..and doing it in a very timely way as well..

Surprisingly, the two coffee plants are my first real attempt into gardening. The plants arrived in great condition. I planted them immediately. One in regular potting soil, and the other in a 50/50 mix of potting soil and some compost that I have been working on for a couple of years now in anticipation of using it one day. I call the 50/50 plant the "cannibal coffee" plant as the compost had quite a bit of used coffee grounds mixed in with it. Both plants are doing really well since I received them. The plant in the compost mix is doing slightly better. There have already been a few new leaves on both plants. The leaves are turning the fabled darker green and are shiny. Like I said, I don't know much about coffee plants or gardening, but I'm pretty sure these are doing really well. I have also bookmarked the seller for future plant purchases that I can't find around town.

The plants arrived on time. They were healthy and there were about 16-20 plants which is way more than i expected and they were 3-5 inches just like in the description. They had great big root balls. The plants were shipped to Dillsburg, Pa and they included a warm pack which was still warm six days after they shipped them. I am very satisfied.

Larrys orchids was a pleasure to work with. I did receive the wrong order at first, but they worked quickly to resolve the issue for me to receive the gift before the party on a tight timeline. I will definitely work with them again! orchids and Kona coffee plants arrived well packaged and in great condition.

Several small recently germinated, healthy plants. Packaged well. Ordered them in the winter in michigan and packaging included a heating pad to keep them warm. Shipped the same day they were ordered. Very happy.
