Cognition
Chapman University in Orange CA uses this text for Cognitive Psychology. It has a wealth of information as well as experiments to help you understand the concept being discussed.

Great information, but boring
The book has a lot of information, I just find it to be dry. I am highly interested in the topic, but reading this seems like pulling teeth. There must be a more interesting way to introduce interesting topics.

I ordered the book and found many highlighted areas and words, letters and page number crossed out with an ink pen. When the company found out I was upset they offered to send new book or reimburse me for the markup, I chose the reimbursement and it was quick. I know that bigger companies have a hard time catching things like this in their used books. Who has time to check every page in hundreds of books or more.I still cannot believe that the user of any book would cross out anything at all even if you do not agree with it, that would be like someone editing your Facebook, deleting your entries.
