The chapters are uneven - jumping around a bit no smooth transitions - a revision would be great focused on connecting the chapters and the theory-actual mechanisms underlying behavior change using CBM techniques. I used my origianl text so much I wore it out and had to purchase a second copy...It is still a classic as is Don!
