This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's easy to read, understand and apply. I highly recommend it to anyone who is new to the cognitive behavioral model.

Great case formulation guide!,

This review is from: Cognitive Therapy in Practice: A Case Formulation Approach (Paperback)
Well-organized, readable and practical, I find this to be an indispensable case formulation book. Even if your primary orientation is not CBT, I believe most therapists and therapists-in-training will find Persons' guide to case formulation helpful for thinking efficiently yet flexibly about their patients, especially when most people who seek help are so complex that it can be difficult to figure out where to begin!
