Some chapters were too cryptic. The writing in several important places was vague. These points about the Firm needed more discussion. However, I'm glad to own it. An immense undertaking, for sure. More about C&H will be revealed in my upcoming book on Frederick Beesley. Look for it on Amazon.

A nice book on the subject of British shotguns. Very high-quality pictures. A good addition to your British double gun library. I very much reccommend it.
