Overall, the chair works as intended. My greatest criticism, is that the base is not weighted heavy or wide enough - therefore, people often tip all the way backwards when they sit in the chair. Now, this can be a criticism or an entertainment value if you like to see your friends fall on their back when they attempt to sit in this chair. I have other game-rockers that don't have this problem so its flaw is easy to engineer/design out. I wouldn't buy it again.

I got this chair when it was in Amazon's Gold Box. I probably wouldn't buy it at full price, but it works well for my dorm room so I could have extra seating and a nice place to relax. It works fine for me, though I am only 5'5 (apparently other taller reviewers were less comfortable). I do feel most secure when I prop it up against something, usually the wall, but I've never tipped all the way back. On the heavier side, though it folds to fit under my bed (which is on risers). Overall, seems to be of good quality and nice material.

I didn't have any tipping issues with this chair, it functions like I figured it would. The first thing I did when I opened it up was to see if I was going to have issues falling backwards because of all the reviews complaining of tipping. I can comfortably balance partially reclined without any issue, I'm an adult that is about 5'7" at 120 lbs. I acknowledge though that if you sit on this chair with too much force you will definitely end up falling backwards but we've had the chair a week now and use it daily with no accidents.

For the price I paid, I am very satisfied with the folding gaming chair. I was concerned initially that it would be flimsly because it folded but I've never had a problem and my kids have done everything with it from surfing to building a fort. lol! It's very comfortable and versatile - we use it for a number of things other than playing video games (watching TV, doing homework, sitting in front of the fireplace, etc.). I would reccomend this product.

This product seems sturdy and was a good price. But it is a bit small - not tall enough. It would be good for younger/smaller kids. Definately not for adults. I sat in the chair and could feel a hard wood strip in the bottom so I couldn't sit there very long.

I actually read the reviews before I bought this product, so I was expecting something a little hard to balance. This is a good chair - I use it on a daily basis for knitting. A pillow in the back helps to re-balance the natural off-balance of the chair.

It is exactly what I was looking for - a chair that was comfortable enough that I would not have to invest in new furniture. This would be a good purchase overall - just beware of the balancing issue...

Bought this for my son to have some "relaxing" seating in his dorm. He loves that it folds and will fit under the bed.

This chair works great for my son. It is comfortable and easy to move around. It folds for easy storage. I recommend it .

As others have stated, this is not meant for anyone over 5'9" and for those under that, there is an annoying piece under the thigh area that seems to not be padded. It also has tipping problems which I solve by putting a fitness ball between the chair and the wall.

The only advantage is that it folds and can be stored away easily. I wouldn't pay more than $30 for this which is fortunately around what I paid for it.

I got a surround sound system so I don't need a gaming chair with speaker attached. This is perfect for me and works great for playing games. I placed this in front of my sofa so I can lean back with no problem.
I would rather save the money on the gaming chair and spend it on the surround sound system.
