The ball works great! It is oversized and works in our coin operated billiard table. Packing was great, it came very quickly. Overall, a very good deal!

I lost my cue ball...more accurately, my kids hid my cue ball. I needed a new cue ball. I bought this cue ball. It is white. It is round. It rolls. It goes in the pockets and comes out the cue ball return. I love it. It does everything I wanted it to do. If you need a cue ball, this is a cue ball.

Traveled to Nicaragua and kept this in a sock in my pocket. Made me feel safer and ready to bust someone if they tried anything funny

This oversized cue ball works perfectly 1981 Valley pool table. I wanted to replace the old yellowed cue ball that came with the table.

Let's start at the beginning: I bought this 7' coin op Valley pool table for dirt cheap from some dude on Craigslist who was very nice and not murder-y at all. #blessed. The pool table is not what you would classify as "antique" -- it's just plain old. He also gave me a bunch of cues and a cue rack as well as 2 sets of balls. OLD BALLS. REALLY OLD BALLS. Like gym-locker-room-after-the-sauna old balls. They look like normal good balls, but just a little old-fashioned and you wonder if they still work normally. They were yellow where they should have been white, and the numbers on them were in some old-timey typewriter font that was probably popular in newspapers in the 50's. They looked gross, so I needed some shiny new stuff because i like shiny new stuff.

This ball is smooth and white and hits well. The problem is that it's **too** "oversized" for the ball return and gets stuck. Also, since it doesn't have a magnetic core to pull it to the cue ball return, it just corrals itself up with the other balls. Which is a problem if you have your coin-oppy gate thing installed (i had mine removed). Because one scratch = GAME OVER. Actually strike that, rephrase: ALL GAMES OVER. because the cueball is blocking up the pipes like a block of cheese would do to most peoples' guts. I had to remove the viewing glass area and stick my arm up in there to dislodge it, like some kind of robot enema.I don't know if this ball would work for other pool tables, but it definitely doesn't work mine.

For the price this is an awesome cue ball. Yes it is returned back by coin operated pool tables. It feels a little larger & heavier than your regular cue ball. Might need some getting used to.
