CoinWorld price guide,
By Adam Peace (Chino, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Coin World 2010 Guide to U.S. Coins: Prices & Value Trends (Coin World Guide to U.S. Coins, Prices, & Value Trends) (Paperback)
This book has a lot of detailed information about every US coin minted and prices on those coins. This book also has detailed information on how coins are made, how to buy and sell coins, Error coins, and how to avoid counterfeit coins. But what sets this book apart from a price guide like The RED BOOK (A Guide Book of United States Coins) is the fact that it has values of coins that are in higher preservation. EXAMPLE: The red book has values for Morgan Silver Dollars only up to MS-65 before going into the prices for the Proofs. This CoinWorld price guide goes even higher and reaches MS-66 before going to the Proofs. For me that is a huge Bonus! I would recommend this book to anyone who collects coins!
