With all due respect to Mr. Maltan, this is a movie layered with viewing enjoyment. The dialogue alone is worth the price of admission - so to speak - but the real jewel of the film is in the character Jude. Kelly Lynch does an outstanding job as an intriguing character. I was enthralled with her, every time she spoke a word. The joke on the audience is, she IS smart - smarter than any female character I've seen portrayed in a long, long time.

Though it's considered a sin in some circles, I am a Caruso fan and this film did him justice. Interesting plot and great acting.

Wow! This movie is really good. It's got a great cast and the story line is good. And seeing Chris Noth on screen ain't that shabby either!

Screw Romeo and Juliet If you like a more modern more edge type of film about love betrayal more betrayal being on the run doing whatever it takes to stay alive and coming together because point blank you were the only one for the other one this is it

i watched this movie when it was on tv a few years ago. I only watched it because one of my favorate actors was in it. i the movie to be slow at time confusing.

David Caruso must be one of the least convincing leading/tough guys to come down the pike in a long time. His partnership with Kelly Lynch, an equally squeaky-clean looking tough gal, means Cold Around the Heart lacks any of the sense of noir and suppressed menace that it is so obviously straining for. There's a lot of forced swearing, but nobody's heart is really in it. Are there still characters in movies who will do anything for a woman if she touches their hand? Oh yes. A pile of cliches built on a foundation of ...cliches. Ouch.
