Cold As Ice,
By Leah (Lenexa, KS USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Cold As Ice (Paperback)
Andre Emerson is skating beautifully on the cold ice during a competition. All of a sudden, the cable from the light fixture above snaps! It lands hard on the rink, just missing Andre. Later throughout the day, Ken Swanson, the boy who competes with Andre, was listening to his headphones. Someone came up behind him and mugged him, but he never saw whom it was. Another day Ken Swanson and his friend, Kelly, came up early to the ice rink to practice for his competition that night. Andre was supposed to be there, but didn't show up. From everything that was going on, they got suspicious. So Ken went looking for Andre while Kelly stayed behind. Ken had been gone for a while, so she went to look for him. Kelly searched everywhere, and then found him. Andre was bleeding from his head while lying on the ground, and Ken was standing up with the red weapon in his hand. To find out whom the terrorist is you have to read the book. I would say that out of one to five stars, that this book was a five. It was really exciting and I could never put it down.
