Ionic Zinc from Zincum Gluconicum 2x (13.3mg), Zinc Gluconate trihydrate (104mg - equivalent to Zincum 3x), Corn Syrup, Fruit Extracts, Gluconic Acid, Glycine, Sucrose. No artificial colors or preservatives.

Directions
For maximum effectiveness start taking Cold-Eeze® Cold Drops at the first signs of a cold. Completely dissolve a Cold-Eeze® Cold Drop in mouth. Do not chew. Repeat every 3-4 hours as needed. Continue until all symptoms have ended. Recommended daily dosage of Cold-Eeze® Cold Drops is 6 drops per day (79.8mg zinc). To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take Cold-Eeze® Cold Drops on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices 1/2 hour before or after taking Cold-Eeze® Cold Drop. Otherwise drink plenty of fluids.

Warnings
Cold-eeze is formulated to relieve cold symptoms and may be insufficient treatment for influenza. If symptoms worsen, or persist beyond 7 days, consult a physician. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

I have been using these for many years and I always have them stocked in case of an impending cold. When taken at the first signs of a cold (a little stuffy or a dry scrathy throat) these are tops.

I have found that at times my *impending* cold never materializes (A HUGE plus). You do need to take these every few hours from the first sign of illness for them to be effective so keeping some in stock is important. They don't seem to work once you have a *full-blown* cold but supposedly they will lessen the severity.

I do wish that they were sugar free. These days I try not to eat sugar in any form and so eating these gives me a bit of pause. But I have to say that they have worked so well for me for the years that I take them, that I just keep doing it...sugar or no sugar. I find the taste to be fair. Definitely tolerable altho my son will not eat them, he thinks they are not very good.

In general I do find these to be a bit on the expensive side but I can't argue witht he results I have gotten. Any cold I do not get makes the price well worth it!

Waking up in the morning and feeling that dry scratchy feeling in the back of your throat or the burning sensation in your sinuses is never fun but it no longer makes me groan in dread over the fear of being sick for a week. In the past four years I've had one cold and that was when I ran out of Cold Eeze (that will never happen again). I recommend it to everyone I see with a cold. This product works, but only if you take it at the very first inkling of a cold. If you wait, it will not work. I love this product so much that the thought of them taking it off the market makes me want to go out and stockpile it.

The cool comfort of smooth candy-like lozenges and the healing power of zinc to combat your cold. Zinc really does seem to have an effect on how long you suffer with a cold and sucking on these lozenges is at the very least, comforting.
