This is a substantial piece of finely made steel. It is probably a little too large for every day carry, but it is a knife that will stay close to me from now on. This is another example of Cold Steel's outstanding quality. I highly recommend this knife for both quality construction and materials. The price is excellent too!

Ordered on Monday and it was in my hands by Thursday. Beautiful knife, as described. The Ti-lite has a sleek, razor sharp edge, it's sturdy, easy to clean, locks securely yet it's unfolding action is smooth and uninhibited. I'll never buy a non-Cold Steel knife again.

Now once you get this knife, and I do mean to imply it is worth buying, you need to take out any thing that screws in that you want to keep and get some lock tite or some other brand screw retainer glue so the thing doesn't fall apart, I lost my thumb stud, which I care nothing for, in about a week. Yes, yes I do carry this just about every day.

Pros. it's light esp for the blade length, it is durable, it comes sharp!, pocket deployable, fun to wrist flick, long reach, awsome penetration capability, formidable striking weapon when used in the closed position and made of quality materials

Cons. pocket flipper tears the snot out of your clothes, the locking lever is very smooth making it hard to depress to close the blade and I find it not super strong but adiquit, and also what I mentioned about the screws,

The short comings are not enough to deter anyone from purchasing the blade because it is a lot of blade for the buck.

Very pleased. The knife is exactly as I was told it was. I just posted a YouTube video of the ti-lite slicing a freestanding botte. fun! Sirhorsechoker. Amazon tends to not tell you specs on the Knifery. You have to research on your on. Aus8a steel. 13" in total lengh. Etc.

Pleased with Ti-Lite knife. The knife appears to be well constructed and good quality. It is a BIG and SHARP knife. Be careful with this one.

This is an exceptional knife, one to which I have carried every day for several years now. I can open it one handed simply by flicking my wrist, or by swinging it down and allowing it to work like a gravity blade. It is large and sharp enough to accomplish almost any cutting task. I prefer the large ovals ov this knife over the other Ti-Lite designs, it allows for the knife to be switched from normal to reverse without ever losing control of the knife. I admit that it is rather large, but, that is exactly why I like it so much. I am known as the guy with the knife, as it isn't every day that you see someone wield a dagger sized knife from their pocket. I wouldn't recommend that you open it by the tang as injury may result, but then again, it is your life and your knife, do what you wish.

Overall, it has a good solid feeling, smooth blade operation, and a firm locking mechanism. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who can handle a knife of this size. Do make sure to check your local laws before carrying it, as it may be overly large in size to be legally carried, but that never stopped me. A very nice knife, and my personal favorite among my collection.

This knife is the best!!!! Very strong and sharp knife, perfectly made. The type of blade is designed for heavy use or combat, though not very good for daily use.

Handle feels good, not slippy at all. May be better than alumina ones.

Really big knife, a little too big for edc.

I Love this knife so much i bought the 4 and 6 inch both.However i was opening the 6 inch on my boot and got 12 stitches in my leg. I played with it for days opeanend on my arm leg anywhere love it however it only opeaned halfe way one time ouch got me. Love it so much i bought all 3 of my boys one they are grown. my one son got 15 stitches in his leg his frieng cut his selfe.wow a great knife really it is i carry the 6 inch every where i go.the 4 inch is nice also. Buy one you wont be sorry. unless you get cut ha. Doolin
