The product works as advertised. If you use it regularly the colds you get are shorter and less intense and you may avoid them all together, I have for over two years.

A friend of mine who is originally from Canada told me about Cold-FX. I had been using Airbourne with no success. I'm sold on Cold-FX! I've used it twice now, just at the onset of cold symptoms and guess what, no cold. I love this product.

I take COLD-FX at the first sign of cold / flu (even if its just a soar throat) and within a day, I already feel better.
There's no side effects (like other over the counter flu medicine which makes you either drowsy or jittery...or both!). It REALLY works. A Must.

Ever since I started using this product I went from being sick more than 50% of the time (I work with kids) to hardly ever being sick! When I do get sick it is never that bad and it goes away really quick. This is one of the best kept secrets from Canda. Love it!

I can't remember the last time I was really sick, and I do owe it to this product. I first started using Cold-Fx in Canada when I was in school during exam periods. I could not afford to get sick when 70% of my mark was riding on 3 hours, and guess what, they do work. Now 5 years later I still take them according to dosage when I start to feel some throat irritation. Without this medication, usually that would progress into sore throat, running nose, and last a week or so. With this medication, my symptoms disappear in 2 days and I'm back to normal.

I don't recommend taking them unless you start to feel getting sick, and within 6 hours of first feeling symptoms. Take for the full 3 days.

My boss told me about this stuff and she never gets sick. I used to get sinus infections all the time so now I keep this on hand all the time. If I take the prescribed dose at the very beginning of a sinuse infection, I never come down with one. It goes away. So I'll only take it for 2 or 3 days. The one time I started taking it after I was sick, I don't think I got better any quicker but I did have my usual amount of "non-sick" energy. I love this stuff. Doesn't make you jittery, sleepy or dry out your nose and mouth.
Its not cheap but I don't like taking prescription medicines or having to run to the doctor. I only had one sinus infection last year and no colds or flu at all.

I'm not sure Cold FX prevents or cures viral infections, but I feel I get better faster and the colds are less severe. The scientific literature says it might help if it's taken daily over the cold season and if you get a flu shot. Regardless, I think it doesn't hurt to take it, and if it helps a little it's worth the $20 for a large bottle.
