We bought 4 of these bags - one for each of the family (Myself, the wife and a 5 and 4 year old). These sleeping bags are excelent value for the price. Perhaps not suitable for a more gonzo backpacker - or technical trekking, but fine for most family uses.
The cloth interior is quite comfortable, and each bag comes with a convenient packing sleeve.

Keeps you really hot and toasty on those chilly Northern nights. A bargain for the price. Outer covering repels a good amount of moisture (to a point) and roomy. Zipper is high quality and has yet to snag on me.

This sleeping bag is great, and a great price. I looked around and these were the best price for the quality. It is hard to find bags with a cotton/flannel interior.

I purchased two of these sleeping bags for a Girl Scout outing with my daughter's girl scout troop. My daughter and I were the only ones that did not need extra bedding! We stayed nice and warm in our sleeping bags, with temperature dipping into the 20's.

The only problem we had was with the string/rope that ties the sleeping bag into a roll for storage. The string/rope came unraveled on one of the bags and now it is difficult to tie. I was a little disapointed by the storage bags. They are just the plastic liners that the bags come in. Very difficult to fit the bags back into them, so we had to pitch them. Also the discription of the color of the sleeping bag is off, too. The exterior color is an army green color, with a light gray plaid interior.

It isn't a super light down-filled backpacking sleeping bag, but it doesn't cost big bucks either. I used to have an expensive down sleeping bag and I like this one much better. The construction is much better than I expected. The flannel lining is much more comfortable than a nylon one. Unlike a down bag, this one can take a lot of abuse and you can toss it into a washing machine. I'd say the 40 degree rating is pretty accurate. If you need something warmer, get a bag with more insulation.

My only complaint is that there is no top closure to keep heat in around my head. I'll knock off one star for that.

I'm thinking about getting another one to keep in the trunk of my car for emergencies.

For the price of this sleeping bag it can't be beat. I brought it to use on my camping trip and I did not expect the weather to dip into the 40's overnight but it did! I was sleeping in jeans, 2 t-shirts and a hoodie and was still cold (partly due to me being on the ground also, but that's expected from camping).

I would say this sleeping bag is more appropriate for the 50's temperature range but definitely not 40's. The following night it was in the 50's and I slept like a baby in this thing, perfect!

Nice quality. This was for my son who is 9 but small for his age. The bag is very comfy and he fits nicely in it. He is only about 4 1/2 ft tall and thin, so if you are looking for something bigger (especially wider) I would look at others. The length is not a problem!

This was a gift for my daughter's 10th birthday and she loves it. She likes the fact that the inside feels cotton-y (rather than nylon-y like other sleeping bags). The only problem is that we cannot get it back into the storage sack.

First time camper here, wanted a sleeping bag that was comfortable and warm and I found it. The material inside kept me warm all night... the temperature dropped to below 42 degrees. It was cold. I knew the next day that I would have to drive into town and purchase a blanket to put over top of me. After speaking with other campers in my group I realized I had the best sleeping bag. I would suggest bringing a warm blanket for the ride, as no sleeping bag can keep you that warm in 42 degree weather.

The sleeping bag is just as described on line. It is a warm and cozy flannel inside and looks to be durable outside plus has its own bag to store and carry. I am not disappointed.

I bought for my 10 years old girl's school camp, It's wonderful, we love it very much, very good quality, I told my daughter to keep it well, we may use forever, I may let my grand child to use it one day.
