Answering the call for a reliable, real-flame lighting option, Coleman engineers have gone above and beyond the tiki-style torch to develop a clean, easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain propane light. No more messing around with sticky oils and fuels or wicks that just won't trim right. Lighting the torch is as simple as holding up a match and turning on the switch. What's more, the torch will operate for up to 10 hours on one 16.4-ounce disposable propane cylinder. The flame of the torch is about 8 inches in height and wind-resistant up to 10 miles per hour, making it both highly visible and sustainable.

I have waited a long time for something like these! No messy oil! I got them and took them for camping and they were perfect! I got three but they were so bright I only needed two. Quick easy and awesome!

We've been using these for the past two years when we camp. You'll still need task lighting, but it puts a nice glow on the campsite. Easy to find your way back from the bathrooms in the dark. Also, the citronella rings are a nice addition. We rarely see many mosquitos - but we also use bug spray just in case. We have four. They break down easily and we keep them all in a duffle bag. Usually one propane tank will take us through about 3 nights.

I like the fact that when I have the torches on, I don't get the black smoke like the oil burning ones. I am disappointed in the fact that the green plastic covering started turning a white color after being outside only 2-3 days. It is now completely white and I am trying to figure out whether to cover it with something or to go by spray paint.

easy to use
