About Coleman
The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

Good cooling,

This review is from: Coleman 50-Quart Wheeled Cooler (Blue) (Sports)
Things I liked:
* Good size for my family of 5 for a 1-2 night camping or an occasional bbq with friends * keeps things cool. Enough ice was still there after more than 2 days with 80+ degrees most of the day * has solid wheels that run even on tough terrain types (although see issues below) * has "built in" handles that are part of the cooler body (i.e. not attached to it), so carrying the cooler when not using the wheels is safer. I always worry that handles on other big coolers will break... * fits almost every trunk, including compact cars. * has a drain for easy draining/cleaning * good carrying handle for "wheeling" the cooler Things I didn't like: * online price is way too high. I got this for almost half the price at a local store * I wish it had some "extreme cooling" feature that will hold stuff cool for even longer * carrying is from the narrow side so tends to be unstable on really rough terrains. Note that if you mostly use it for camping and want to get it from the car to the tent, it will do the job. * lid cannot be secured when closed so very easy for kids to open even if you don't want them to... Also, no way to lock the lid, for example at night when camping. Overall: very good value for the money (if you pay the actual street value). Unlike other "big" coolers, this one fits into most trunks.

Very pleased with this cooler. A good size for a day away. We had a dozen drinks and enough food for a whole day. Easy to roll and drain. Went to clean it two days later and it still had ice in it. I would definitely recommend this. One last note: The price was excellent. I checked all over the internet and it was even less than WalMart or Target.

Great little cooler. I wish the manufacturer's would create one with high clearance as the wheels are useless unless on pavement or firm ground. However, this is an issue with any cooler in this range. I would purchase again.
