3.0 out of 5 stars Doesnt travel well?
I ordered this based on the warmth and other reviews. It kept my son warm on the Science trip but the cord that has the fastening hook to keep the bag rolled up somehow snapped and all the cords were broken. They should make that a little more durable for travel and kids.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great sleeping bag, February 17, 2008

It is a great sleeping bag. It works as described. Very warm but not hot as some cheap sleeping bag. Price is unbeatable. If it comes with a pillow, it would be perfect.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable, April 14, 2008

Great bag--very comfortable. Not too warm and not too cold. One downside is that I wish it was a bit wider, it was a little cramped inside the bag with my body pillow. Would definitely recommend this bag however.

I purchased some of these for Christmas gifts. They are just what I was looking for. I really like this type of fabric lining, hate the poly lined. These are nice and warm without being so hot you can not sleep in them. Perfect!

I'm 5'5" and this sleeping bag is of the right size for me. I can completely slip in and that's it. It's by no means narrow, given I don't hold any body pillow when sleeping. And since I only use it indoors, the "40 degree" is more than enough. The price is good, also a little more than $25 so that we have free shipping.

The only con is: after I unfolded it, I couldn't fold it back as small/neat as it previously looked. I almost couldn't put it back to its box (if anybody wantted to return it). OK, it was an mean thing to say about the comforty sleeping bag.

btw delivery was fast. Came with a sheet of warranty info and nothing else.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice warm bag, December 26, 2008

I have used this bag a couple of times in my room. Since my room is in the basement I needed something for those really cold winter nights. It has kept me warm. If you are looking for a cold weather bag this is a great buy and the price is reasonable considering it is a Coleman.

My wife and daugters get cold easily, and after camping this weekend in northern Minnesota with temps that dipped into the mid 40s at night, they said they didn't get cold and that says alot. The bags roll up easy and aer pretty compact. They are an ugly color, but that obviously has nothing to do with the performance. I would recommend these for any family looking for a decent, relatively warm, and affordable sleeping bag.

I bought one of these bags for use on a fold-out sofa in a motorhome. Because I have a bad back, I need to curl up when I sleep. I decided to order another (same kind) bag and zip the two together so I would have even more room inside. The whole idea is to have something very easy and simple to fold up and put away in the morning versus top and bottom sheets. Throw the bag on the sofa, roll it out and climb in...ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz

5.0 out of 5 stars Kids love it, February 7, 2009

What can I say? I have a 6 year old, she loves it. As for myself, I tried it inside on a very cold basement floor
in the winter in NJ, so I think the 40 degree rating is accurate. It kept me warm. We will be using it again at a camp in March. It was shipped very very quickly.
We love the bags, they are fun.
