Heavy, Warm & Comfortable Sleeping Bag!,

This sleeping bag is very warm and comfortable. I took it out to the desert during the fall and winter season, where the weather was in the 20's and 30's. And this sleeping bag kept me warm. Especially with the hood that covers your head from any cold drafts. I loved the fact that that this sleeping bag was oversized where you you had extra room to turn around and move more freely. The fact that it is lined with a soft brushed flannel made this very cozy to sleep in. And built in hood made this sleeping bag perfect. It is a heavy sleeping bag but not too bulky. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

If you tent camp in elevations about 6,000 feet, this is the sleeping bag to purchase. It is so warm that no extra covering is required. The outer layer is the most durable that I have ever seen on a sleeping bag. Caveat, this is NOT for backpackers.

This is easily one of the best, if not THE best, bag I've ever had. I was worried that I might get too warm...but no. In fact, we've been using it at home as a comforter while it's been so cold since I unpacked it a couple of weeks ago. We can't bring ourselves to pack it away just yet. Plus - there is plenty of room. You will love it.

Bought this for camping, love it, large enough for me to stretch out in and not have that cluster-phobic feeling I get in normal bags, its on the heavy side so I wouldn't take it backpacking, comes with a pillow its small but works good. I'm 6' 160 lbs and can fit another person in it, if I have to. I also use it as a blanket at home on cold nights and it gets very warm. Glad I bought this, works great, gets hot on some nights, I just unzip a little.
Pros: Large, thick, comfortable, -5' rating, keeps you warm. Cons: Heavy. Four stars, good buy.

Its very comfortable to sleep in , Im 6'1 200 lbs and theres plenty of room inside this bag to move around in . Very warm and soft liner , Extremely strong exterior(well made overall). Its easy to roll up but its too big to carry around. I use mine on the boat and RV and keep a second one in the house for cold winter nights.
Wish it had a removable liner to throw in a washer machine.

I drive a truck over-the-road and use a sleeping bag instead of having to make my bed every day, which can be a pain in a cramped space every morning. The sleeping bag seems to be sewn together pretty good and the zipper works very well. There is a little pillow that comes with it that is just a complete waste of material. The pillow is so thin and flimsy that it is completely useless. Just give it to the birds and let them make a nest from it. I haven't gone through the winter with this thing yet, but I love to sleep with the A/C really cranked up and blowing in my face. So, as long as I can be warm while I sleep, I'm fine. The problem I've seen so far is that my feet are cold and will wake me up during the night. I may get the temperature down to the mid to upper 50's in the truck during the night, but I just don't see how this is gonna work at -5 degrees. I can already see that I will have to take an extra quilt to throw over the bag while I sleep. I do like the canvas-like outer shell instead of the slick outer shells. There are a lot of times that I have to park on some sort of down slope and with a slick bag I find myself either bunched up in a corner or headed for the floor at some point during the night. I also like the width and length of the bag. I don't like my feet to be constrained while I'm sleeping and with me being 5'11", I still have plenty of room to wiggle the tootsies. I also toss and turn a lot through the night and because of the width of this bag, I am not constrained around my chest area and able to toss and turn without it waking me up. The size of it ends up being just a couple of inches smaller (width and length) than the twin mattress I sleep on in the truck. Overall, I am happy with this bag and would buy it again if I needed another. It serves my purpose well enough.

This sleeping bag, nice and warm, and heavy, and comfortable. Although the "Pillow" that comes with it, is nothing more than a small amount of batting sewn up into some fabric, rendering it flat within seconds of putting your head on it. You can think of this "pillow" as more of a teddy bear, it's more suitable for cuddling than comfort. But the bag itself is perfect if you don't like the polyester ones that are everywhere you look. Sure they are probably better for the more avid camper, but for someone who just needs something for here and there, with warmth and comfort. Size-wise it's about the size of a XL twin bed while zipped up. Making it very roomy while you are in it. You have plenty of room to toss and turn. I'm 6' 2" and about ~160 lbs for an idea of where I'm coming from.

i bought this for my daughter and she used it for camping this year. She camped where it was foggy at night and would get down to high 40's to low 50's. She said it kept her nice and warm.

Best Sleeping bag EVER,

I'll keep this short. This is the best sleeping bag you can buy. Its very warm, comfy, durable, and well made. I picked up two of these so I can zip them together. I purchased these with cleaning in mind. You can not wash most of the newer sleeping bags. These you can have dry cleaned for cheap. I had a Coleman canvas and flannel bag before that lasted 30 years before I chose to replace it with these.
