Unbelievably light stool,

Having been searching a suitable stool for quite a long time, I bought this one after reading positive comments from other backpackers. When it first came to my home, it suprised me with its size. I need to tied it over my backpack when hiking. Even though it's quite big, it's unbelievably light and comfortable. There are some in market which are very small in size and light, but that's not comfortable enough.
It is highly recommended if you do not mind its size!

The stool is VERY lightweight. I keep one in my car to take shopping with me; I can't stand up for long, so I put it in the shopping cart and just sit down when I need to. (I have severe osteoporosis and COPD.) A friend, who often takes me shopping, keeps one in her trunk for me! I have one on the carport, to use when I can't get from the car to the house "in one trip", or need to sit when I'm doing the "trash day" chores. Much easier to handle than a folding chair, and takes less space. This stool definitely makes my life easier. I'm going to order a few more to have around the house.

I just love this little stool. Not only is it sturdy, but it's extremely lightweight. I purchased this because I wanted to be able to have a shower chair to use at campgrounds that don't have handicap showers with stools in them since I am an amputee and cannot stand to take a shower. I'm able to easily carry this in one hand while using that same hand on my crutches and a toiletry bag in the other. It also makes a nice footstool beside the campfire, which serves to dry it thoroughly as well. I've also used it in a pinch as a cot-side nightstand in my tent. It will hold up to 200 lbs. and as long as it's taken care of it should last for years and years, even with my less than customary use of the item.
