The array of products that bear the Coleman name now includes just about everything you might need to work or play outdoors, from tents and sleeping bags to boats, backpacks, and furniture.

The tent was also very easy to set up.
Love the screened porch area for storing muddy shoes, and for sitting in when the bugs are out.
Really fits 2 queen mattresses with plenty of room for all of our gear!

Great Tent, upgraded from a 3 man to this for more room(with 2-4 people) and its perfect.

Can easily fit a queen and twin air matresses, (2 queens as stated will fit but its very tight).
1 queen with bags/equip leaves still plenty of room(usually how i use it.)

Outside screened porch is awesome. great design for you to relax outside but not get bug-bitten. Great place to keep any other outside belongings overnight also. Porch is same plastic bottom as the rest of the tent floor, with drainage for any water/rain. Rainfly doesnt cover all of the porch, but a good amount of it, over half. (screened area WILL get wet during hard rain/wind).

Tent holds up in rain well, had 2 hours of torrential downpour first time i used it, and stayed 99% dry, (after 2 hours the inside of the rainfly at the top was slightly wet, and the wind-side seam had a few drops.) nothing seamsealer/waterproof spray wouldn't prevent. tub-floor stayed totally dry also. winds reached 20mph during the rain, (gusts even higher) and tent held up fine.

One thing that people may not like is the backwall/window, which is screened from the top of the tent to half way down, with no zip-close flap. provides lots of circulation, but as another reviewer said, sometimes it isn't a good thing. I dont mind it, the rainfly covers the entire window completely and then some. The side windows are a good size screen, with zipper close flaps.

May upload pictures/video of the tent for better perspective. If your upgrading from a smaller tent, and liked the porch, and the cost isn't too big of a concern, then i would hands down get this tent again. I think its well worth the money.

We purchased this tent for really hot summers. On our first outing, it was close to 100 degrees and humid with a massive thunderstorm in the middle of our extended weekend.

Its very easy to set up with two people and doable with one.
The front screen portion of the tent is enough to have a couple of chairs and a table the size of an end table and even a dog in between, its actually very pleasant.
Sized for 6 people shoulder to shoulder this was more than roomy for two people with a blowup double size mattress.
It will keep you dry in a massive thunderstorm.

Things to note; the top tent covering fits exactly and does not have a lot of wiggle room which means that the back window can be exposed if not fitted correctly as it does not have a zip up cover.
I would have gladly paid extra for the zip up coverings in both the back window and the front screened in portion. The best course of action with a heavy rain is to collapse the screened tent portion; otherwise you will end up with a flooded muddy mess.

Its a very good tent, large and it stayed dry during an 8 hours thunderstorm. Knowing what we now know about the best approach for the front screen portion, its no longer a concern. We are happy with out tent.

I was excited to get this product, however when I set it up the screen part of the tent sagged in. I did everything to firm up the screen area. I went to Costco where one was set up and tried to determine if I set it up wrong. I tried several times to correct to no avail. I finally figured out that the rod that goes over the screen was too short. I temporarily added a piece of rod to exend it and that did it. Somehow I believe the rod that came with the tent is for a smaller version. Now I have to contact Coleman to try to have a permanent solution.
PS I contacted Coleman and they could not have been more accomodating. They are sending a new pole PLUS a repair kit just to have extra pieces. They were very empathetic and sincerely caring about my situation. I am happy to change my review to 5 stars as this tent is fantastic and if there are problems Coleman will solve them with a smile. Thanks Amazon and Coleman.

Item arrived on time. Used the first time over a period of 4 nights. Set-up was simple enough with instructions located on inside of carrier. I also bought a Shade Canopy (Northwest Territory Vista Shade Canopy for $29 at Kmart) as I had read the screen porch did not have a rain fly. The shade canopy was the perfect addition. I set the 1st set of poles for the shade canopy on the same spot as the front corners of the tent (Where the tent and screened porch meet). The canopy covered the screen porch and provided shade in front of the tent. We did experience a little rain with no leaks. The tent is supposed to fit 6. However, I like my space and it was perfect for the "two" of us, a queen size air mattress and our gear. I would have given five stars if the screened porch had a canopy. However, since I had to purchase this separately I am giving it four stars. I would buy this tent again and would recommend it to others. Finally, my girlfriend and I like to use solar lights. We brought two solar ropes that we strung along the inside of the canopy (We put them right along the two crisscrossing supports using the existing velcro fasteners on the underside of the canopy). We also brought these solar fireflys on short rods that change colors (We bought both solar items from Harbor Freight though you may be able to get them here on Amazon) to mark the guyline stakes of the tent and canopy. The fireflys did a great job marking the stakes and provided a colorful and interesting ambiance to our campsite.
