Be careful when buying this item, the bad surprise comes after reading the instructions: you have to apply a seam sealant if you do not want to camp in a sub-marine! This tent is priced at $200 and yet you have to apply a seam sealant and let it dry for 24 hours after application! The other tent I have from Kelty is cheaper and the sealant was pre-applied in factory. I have never been impressed by Coleman products, this will be my last one.

I've owned this tent for several months now and have been very pleased with it's performance. I have not used it yet during the winter months but will soon do so. This tent has stood up to several very heavy thunderstorms,one of which dumped an inch of water in about an hour. The tent stayed completely dry. All of the major seams came already taped and no additional seam sealing was necessary. Ventilation is not that great for summer camping but that is not unusual for a 4 season type tent. For the money this tent is a good buy.

I have had this tent for several years and I have used it dozens of times. I have had it in the mountains in deep snow and it worked awesome with three adults inside. This is simply a great tent. I definitely carry something lighter in warm weather, but I would not want anything else in the cold.

Coleman has become the "Wal-Mart" of the outdoor gear world. Cheap products at cheap prices. They still make a decent camp stove, but that's about it. Buyers beware.
