Very Spacious but...,

This tent is a bear to put up! My other half purchased this for our camping adventures a few years ago. Please, please set this tent up in your yard before you head to the wilderness. It literally took an hour (well past dusk) to get this up at the campsite. The poles that hold the rainfly over the doors pop out of place every once in a while. Due to it's funky shape, laying it out can be an engineering marvel...as well as figuring out the rainfly.
That being said, it's a huge tent. Our friends call it the Coleman Condo. The poles have stood up well after almost four years and haven't had an issue with leaks although we found our first tear after the last trip to the river. If you want a huge tent, this should be on your list; however, please give yourself enough time to get the beast set up (the sewn in instructions are not adequate). |
