This is a good product for a childs room for when they have guests. The guest can sleep on it and the kids can use it for sitting to read or play video games. After they are done it can easily be taken down and stored out of sight.

I placed an order in good faith from PHILLYGG in accordance with the shipping terms listed for the Coleman 5-in-1 Air Bed with 4-D Pump. I have long been happy with Amazon's service and record of excellence. Unfortunately, I am forced to write in complaint of the seller PHILLYGG who did not honor the order agreement.

In good faith, I ordered an item from PHILLYGG. The shipping conditions of the item I ordered included Hawaii. However, much to my dismay, tonight I received a cancellation email from Amazon, for the item ordered from PHILLYGG, stating that PHILLYGG does not ship to Hawaii. PHILLYGG has since removed the listing for the product, and placed a new ad for the same product, at a higher price and NOW stating that PHILLYGG does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. When orders are placed through Amazon and the conditions of the advertisement are met, it is necessary for the Sellers to honor that order in good faith. PHILLYGG perhaps did not do proper research into shipping costs prior to placing the advertisement for their product through your site. However, it is PHILLYGG's responsibility to do do prior to placing the ad - not after the order has been placed. This was an act of bad faith, and it reflects upon Amazon, as well.

Please note that the seller made no attempts to contact me regarding the shipping of the purchase, prior to canceling my order. It is important also to note that due to PHILLYGG's cancellation of my order prior to shipment, I am unable to be included in the Seller's Feedback rating. It is likely that there are many other people that PHILLYGG has done this to, and unfortunately, it would not show in the Seller Rating which appears to be 4.6 stars, but is most likely more accurately 1 star.

Another important factor is that PHILLYGG's actions have consequences. I'm flying out to Hawaii for a few month in order to help one of my best friends, whose wife has left him with 2 small children. In order to have a place to sleep, I am shipping out an air mattress, tent, etc. Because of PHILLYGG's dishonoring our purchase agreement, I will not have a bed when I get there. The only option would be costly express shipping. Please be aware of this aspect of the Seller's history prior to placing an order with this party. Good luck in all things.
