We recently took the lamp on a motorcycle trip to Canada

and found it remarkable. The battery lasted all eleven days after a couple hours of use each day. The light was bright enough to read easily in the tent. The unit was rugged and well made.

This lamp provides excellent lighting via two settings and a double tube florescent bulb. It is portable and unplugs from it's charging base very quickly. Very convenient and useful.

I live in a retirement residence. We are asked not to use candles when the power is off. This is particularly difficult for those of us who enjoy reading.The Coleman Rechargeable Battery Lamp provided enough light for me to read easily even though I have macular degeneration ,a vision problem tnat requres bright light.I usually refuse to recommend anything since experience has taught me that what suits me can often be a turn off for anyone else. However,I am breaking my usual silence to give 5 stars to the Coleman Table Lamp. It turned what would have been a miserable 2 hour ordeal into an evening of easy reading.

I bought this lantern to have available for power outages -- it is great! I keep it charged, and when the power has failed, I've had sufficient light to read, do needlework, or whatever -- great little lamp!

This lamp has been at the ready and so easy to use when the power has gone out, or when bar-b-que-ing as the sun went down. It is incredibly bright, and safe around the kids. I love its versatility.

I use this lamp for my tent all summer long (car camping, not backpacking tent). I bring it home to recharge after every few uses. I love that it is rechargeable so I don't have to keep buying batteries. The quality of its light is really nice too. Great look and performance. This was just what I was looking for, glad I found it.

I wanted this to read by in an area we had not gotten overhead light to yet.

Not enough light to read by, Not focused enough. Probably good for low level light in a tent.

GREAT product! We had a power outage last night...and the Coleman came in real handy. Worked perfectly...and on the low setting...bright as needed.

I am confident that it will work just fine while camping. Again...GREAT product!
