The bed is custom designed for a good night's sleep, with a 32-coil ComfortSmart coil system and a soft suede top for extra comfort. Comfort is further guaranteed by Coleman's AirTight system, which features a double-lock valve that locks in air twice, ensuring a leak-proof performance through the years. No more waking up on the cold, hard ground after a night of slow air release. And campers who are pressed for time will appreciate the time-saving Wrap 'n' Roll construction--just roll it into the attached carrier, tie it, and transport it. Constructed using Coleman's exclusive heavy-duty PVC formula--which is 15 percent more puncture-resistant than the competition--the Rocky Mountain Quickbed measures 74 by 5 by 39 inches (W x H x D) when fully inflated and fits all standard twin sheets.

The Wrap 'n' Roll construction lets you quickly pick up the bed and go.

About Coleman
More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark.

In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.

Product Description

The Coleman Rocky Mountain Wrap 'N' Roll Quickbed is a great choice for camping, overnight guests, or anywhere you need an extra bed. The Twin Quickbed measures 74" long by 39" wide when inflated, fitting standard twin sheets. It's durably constructed of heavy-duty, puncture-resistant PVC, with 32 coils inside the ComfortSmart coil system, and a soft suede top for extra comfort. The Quickbed is easy to inflate and deflate, thanks to Coleman's extra-wide Advanced Double Lock Valve. Like all Coleman inflatable products, this Quickbed features Coleman's Airtight System, guaranteed not to leak. And the built-in Wrap 'N' Roll storage system makes packing and storing quick and easy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, June 22, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Coleman Twin Quickbed with Wrap 'N' Roll Storage (Sports)
I've been using this as my primary mattress for about a month now. The reviewers who said this is more comfortable than the expensive mattresses weren't kidding. This feels like a $1,000 mattress! I bought a memory foam pad to lie on before I got this because I didn't think it would be comfortable enough. It turns out I don't even need the pad! This is the most comfortable thing I've slept on, all by itself.

One thing I like about this is that one side of it has a thick, velvety covering. I'm not sure if that was done for comfort, or to protect the mattress from damage, but whatever it was, it works. I have four cats who I let get on my bed regularly, and all I use to protect the mattress is that velvety cover and a Mainstays Microfiber comforter that I got from Walmart for about $35. The cats haven't punctured the bed once, and they've been on it plenty of times.

One thing I really like about Coleman is that they include material you can use to fix the mattress in the event that it's ever punctured. I've never had to use it, but it's nice that they include it. Coleman really is a top-quality company.

A few other reviewers mentioned their bed leaking. I haven't had any problems with mine, although it should be noted that the bed noticeably becomes softer over the first week or so of use. This is because the material is stretching, not because the mattress is leaking. All this is explained on a tag that comes with the mattress. You can put more air into the mattress if you want to make it firmer again.

There are only two drawbacks I can think of for this mattress. The first is that it follows the standard size that Twin size beds are supposed to be, which shouldn't be a drawback, but it means that it's a little larger than what most people think of as being "Twin," because most bed manufacturers make "Twin" size beds a little smaller than the official standards to save money. If you're going to use this as your primary mattress like I do, you'll have to make sure you find a bed or bed frame that also follows the correct standards. That wasn't too difficult for me.

The other drawback is that this mattress is thicker than a standard mattress. That isn't really a big deal, but you might notice you're several inches higher than you're used to being, and you might have to use Full size bed sheets, instead of Twin.

Overall, I can't complain. This mattress feels like a $1,000 mattress for only $30. Actually, when I bought it, it was $15. I'm sorry to see that they've increased the price, but it's still worth it. You couldn't force me to sleep on another mattress.

I bought this because my bed was breaking down, but I couldn't afford the $500+ that new ones cost. I read on-line about how you can make a decent-looking bed with just a bed frame, plywood, a Coleman air mattress, a bed skirt, and a comforter. I decided to try it, and I couldn't be happier. The only downside is there are no bed posts, so it doesn't look like the greatest bed ever, but it does look decent, and it's more comfortable than any other bed you'll ever find. And all for only $150! It's amazing!

1.0 out of 5 stars Great mattress if it only held air., June 9, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Coleman Twin Quickbed with Wrap 'N' Roll Storage (Sports)
I have purchased 1 then 2 more Coleman Twin Quickbed with Wrap 'N' Roll Storage. I tested the first one and it was fine. It held air over night. I needed 3 for each of my grandchildren (each under 50 pounds). When they all came to visit last week we found the 2 newer air mattresses would not hold its air over night. By morning one had deflated so much that my older granddaughter was actually sleeping on the floor, and the other mattress did a little better because my other granddaughter was lighter and, therefore, she did not completely bottom out onto the floor.

1.0 out of 5 stars Unable to inflate, September 7, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Coleman Twin Quickbed with Wrap 'N' Roll Storage (Sports)
I bought this to replace an older Coleman mattress that was leaking. What isn't clear in the product description is the ONLY inflation point is the Coleman specific port, and there is no regular valve. I contacted Coleman to ask if they sell an adapter to work with my existing standard pump that works with every other mattress, tire, ball etc that exists, but after a week they have not got back to me.

Understand that if you want to inflate this you will have to buy Coleman's pump. I don't want to carry two pumps, so I will probably return this unless Coleman get back to me in the next couple of days
